One of the most secure industrial parks in Dudley

Hulbert Properties, owners and managers of Grazebrook Park, the well established industrial estate in Dudley, has recently upgraded site security at Grazebrook making it one of the most secure industrial parks in the area.

Grazebrook already benefited from having just a single access together with a gate security system, to which has now been added a rising barrier backed up with remote CCTV monitoring.

Commenting on the improvements, Lawrence Willetts, Commercial Director for Hulbert, said:  “Everyone benefits from the increased security – our tenants, our insurance premiums and the visual peace of mind that these increased measures provide.  Feedback from tenants has been very positive and all the improvements have been covered within the existing service charge, which is one of the lowest in the area.  These improvements provide Grazebrook with a high degree of security, which is probably now very hard to beat within the local area.”
