New 'design and build' opportunities at Grazebrook Park

Hulbert Properties has recently announced plans for the remaining land at their very successful industrial park, Grazebrook Park in Dudley.

A total of approximately 83,000 sq feet (7,700 sq m) is now available for industrial and distribution design and build opportunities.

Initial plans have been drawn up for two buildings so far - badged V1 and V2 - with computer generated images of how the final buildings could look.
